渋谷音楽祭実行委員会 (実行委員長：渋谷道玄坂商店街振興組合理事長 大西賢治)は、2019年10月19日(土)・20日(日)の2日間、道玄坂・文化村通り・109前の交通規制エリアや、渋谷駅周辺を中心とした商業施設、店舗、ホールなど様々な場所で、多様なジャンルのアーティストたちが渋谷の街を舞台に音楽を奏でる渋谷区最大規模の音楽祭「第14回 渋谷音楽祭2019 ～Shibuya Music Scramble～」を開催いたしました。
1日目・19日（土）は、雨予想から曇りとなり全プログラムが無事に開催され、渋谷MODIステージのBOYS ANDMEN 研究生東京が圧巻のパフォーマンスを披露しました。集まった観客を盛り立てると、集まった観客は雲を吹き飛ばす勢いの大きな声援で応えていました。2日目・20日（日）の、渋谷道玄坂と文化村通りを交通規制して設置された109前に特設ステージでは今回の渋谷音楽祭が初めてのライブとなる安斉かれんが登場。鏡張りのセットの中に突如登場し2曲を披露。鏡の世界から一歩も出ず、一言も言葉を交わさないまま、バーチャルか？リアルか？物議を醸したまま幕を閉じました。

On the 19th and 20th of October 2019 a special cultural music festival was held in the centre of Shibuya in Tokyo. This year's edition was the 14th so far, and numerous artists gave performances. Kalen Anzai gave a unique performance during which the audience could not directly see her. Surrounded by futuristically dressed dancers, she was only visable through moving mirrors. This was her first ever live performance!
The fact that Kalen did not interact with the audience and was not directly visable adds to the hype surrounding her existence. Is she a hologram, or a real person? Judge for yourself.
